Programa PAIS: gestante es evacuada de emergencia por parto prematuro en comunidad nativa Bobinzana
- Paciente fue trasladada al hospital de Atalaya, tras ser atendida durante campaña de las PIAS aérea del Midis en Ucayali.
El Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social (Midis) informó que, en una rápida acción del personal médico de la PIAS Aérea en Ucayali, se logró atender en horas de la madrugada a Eleovina Mori (38), una gestante con 33 semanas de gestación, quien fue evacuada de emergencia desde la comunidad nativa Bobinzana hasta el Hospital Intercultural de Atalaya, tras presentar una severa amenaza de parto prematuro.
La atención inmediata se dio luego de que el equipo médico que participa en la segunda campaña social del Programa Nacional PAIS del Midis, acudiera hasta el hogar de la gestante en la comunidad Vista Alegre, tras el pedido de ayuda de su esposo Héctor Dueñas.
Luego de un primer chequeo, el personal de la Dirección Regional de Salud (Diresa) trasladó a la paciente hasta Bobinzana para coordinar, junto a la Aviación del Ejército, su rápido traslado en un helicóptero hasta el hospital de Atalaya, para que Eleovina reciba una atención médica especializada.
“La evacuación médica de la gestante era necesaria pues su salud y la del feto se veía en riesgo. El profesionalismo de los doctores de las PIAS permite atender estas emergencias para salvaguardar la vida, en este tipo de situaciones. El traslado de la paciente se hizo de manera segura; además, estuvo acompañada en todo momento de su esposo”, indicó Jony Cartagena, gestor del programa PAIS en Ucayali.
Las atenciones médicas forman parte de la cartera de servicios que 15 profesionales de diversas entidades brindan en esta segunda campaña aérea, que recorre 18 comunidades nativas en las provincias de Atalaya, Coronel Portillo y Purús.
De esta manera, con apoyo de la aviación del Ejército, se acercan los servicios de Diresa, Reniec, el Banco de la Nación, el SIS Gratuito, el servicio Juguemos, Pensión 65 y del Ministerio de Cultura.
