Ministerio de Vivienda impulsa renovación urbana con obras de pistas y veredas en alianza con 5 municipios
El Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento (MVCS) firmó convenios con 5 municipalidades para ejecutar 6 proyectos de pistas y veredas, con una inversión total de S/ 57.6 millones.
Los acuerdos se suscribieron con:
- Municipalidad Provincial de Lamas (San Martín) – 2 proyectos
- Municipalidad Provincial de Concepción (Junín)
- Municipalidad Distrital de La Victoria (Lambayeque)
- Municipalidad Distrital de Comas (Lima)
- Municipalidad Distrital de Namora (Cajamarca)
Estas obras forman parte del Programa Mejoramiento Integral de Barrios (PMIB) y contemplan desde la pavimentación de calles hasta la ampliación de vías locales en asentamientos humanos y centros poblados.
Dato clave: los proyectos integran un paquete de 72 obras que el Gobierno impulsa a través del crédito suplementario aprobado por la Ley N° 32416, con el objetivo de transformar barrios urbanos en todo el país.
“Realizar obras de pistas y veredas no es sólo poner concreto; es mejorar la calidad de vida de los vecinos, quienes podrán transitar por sus calles con seguridad y sin caminar entre el polvo o el barro”, subrayaron autoridades del MVCS.
Con esta iniciativa, el Estado reafirma su compromiso de trabajar junto a los gobiernos locales para generar ciudades más seguras, accesibles y dignas para los ciudadanos.
