Sovos, líder global en soluciones para la identidad digital y el cumplimiento tributario, anuncia el nombramiento de María Teresa Dávila como nueva directora de Ventas para la región SSA North, que comprende Perú, Ecuador y Colombia. En su nuevo cargo, Dávila será responsable de liderar el equipo comercial regional, establecer la estrategia de go-to-market para el mercado empresarial y acelerar el crecimiento del revenue en soluciones de facturación electrónica y servicios de confianza, incluyendo firma electrónica, gestión documental y verificación de identidad.
María Teresa es peruana, ingeniera de sistemas y cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector tecnológico y en ventas B2B. A lo largo de su trayectoria ha ocupado posiciones clave en empresas como Oracle, Acer y Sybase. Desde 2022 forma parte de Sovos, tras la adquisición de Escontech, desempeñando roles estratégicos en los equipos comerciales. Su enfoque en resultados, visión holística y cercanía con el cliente le han permitido construir una sólida reputación en la industria.

En Perú, su objetivo es lograr un crecimiento de entre 25% y 30% en los próximos 18 a 24 meses en servicios de confianza, apuntando a industrias como la banca, seguros, salud, educación y manufactura. Para lograrlo, su estrategia se centrará en la cercanía con el cliente y en el desarrollo de propuestas que destaquen el valor de productos diferenciados.
Más allá del ámbito profesional, María Teresa también prioriza su vida familiar. Está casada desde hace 23 años y es madre de tres hijos. En su tiempo libre practica baile y vóleibol, y valora compartir tiempo de calidad con su familia como una forma de equilibrio y bienestar.
