Sucamec y Policía Nacional desarticulan depósito clandestino e incautan más de 3 toneladas de pirotécnicos ilegales en Huacho
Operativo conjunto permitió intervenir un punto de riesgo extremo por almacenamiento y venta ilícita de material pirotécnico.
La Superintendencia Nacional de Control de Servicios de Seguridad, Armas, Municiones y Explosivos de Uso Civil (Sucamec) y la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), realizaron un operativo en la ciudad de Huacho que logró la incautación de 3.5 toneladas de productos pirotécnicos importados y artesanales, los cuales eran almacenados y comercializados ilegalmente en un inmueble de la zona.
En coordinación con la División de Investigación Criminal (Divincri), la intervención se ejecutó luego de acciones de inteligencia desarrolladas por la Dirección de Control y Fiscalización de la Sucamec. Las labores conjuntas permitieron identificar un depósito clandestino que representaba un alto riesgo de deflagración, al encontrarse colindante con establecimientos que almacenaban artículos de limpieza y alcohol industrial.
Durante la acción, los inspectores de la Sucamec verificaron la presencia de una gran cantidad de material pirotécnico de alto poder detonante, entre bombardas, bazucas, avellanas, tortas, mamaratas y otros productos que no contaban con autorización de la entidad para su comercialización ni almacenamiento.
Como resultado del operativo, se produjo la detención de dos personas por presunta flagrancia en la comisión del delito contra la seguridad pública. Los intervenidos, junto con el material incautado, fueron trasladados a la Divincri PNP de Huacho para las diligencias correspondientes y el posterior internamiento del material en los almacenes de la Sucamec.
Mediante intervenciones de este alcance, la Sucamec continúa reforzando la presencia del Estado frente a actividades ilícitas y contribuyen a reducir la circulación de productos pirotécnicos ilegales que ponen en riesgo la vida y la seguridad de la ciudadanía durante las fiestas de fin de año.
