IPAE Acción Empresarial anuncia a los presidentes de los CADE 2026
IPAE Acción Empresarial anunció a los presidentes que liderarán las ediciones 2026 de los foros CADE, espacios que promueven la reflexión, diálogo y la acción en torno a los pilares institucionales de la organización: Salud Universal, Institucionalidad Sólida, Crecimiento Económico Sostenible e Inclusivo y Educación de Calidad.
CADE Salud 2026 será presidido por el Dr. Jorge Ruiz Portal, Vicepresidente de la Asociación de Clínicas Particulares del Perú. Médico cirujano, especialista en Administración en Salud y con Maestría en Gerencia de Servicios de Salud, cuenta con amplia experiencia en gestión, consultoría y docencia en instituciones públicas y privadas, así como una participación activa en los procesos de reforma del Estado en materia de salud. Actualmente es miembro de la Comisión de Salud de CONFIEP y Gerente General de la Clínica Javier Prado, desde donde impulsa iniciativas orientadas a la mejora de la gestión sanitaria y el acceso equitativo a servicios de calidad.
CADE Universitario 2026 será liderado por Juan Manuel Ostoja, Vicepresidente de IPAE Acción Empresarial, exCEO del Grupo USIL y miembro del Consejo Directivo de Escalo. Ingeniero Industrial por la Universidad de Lima y MBA por Chicago Booth, Ostoja ha liderado importantes organizaciones en los sectores educativo y empresarial. Fue Presidente de FIPES y formó parte de los consejos directivos de CONFIEP y REALCUP. Actualmente preside el Chicago Booth Alumni Club en el Perú, destacando por su compromiso con la formación de jóvenes y el fortalecimiento de una educación de calidad que impulse el desarrollo nacional.
La presidencia de CADE Educación 2026 recaerá en Marcela Benavides, Presidenta del Directorio de Empresarios por la Educación. Economista por la Universidad del Pacífico y Magíster en Economía por la University of Maryland, cuenta con más de 35 años de experiencia en cooperación técnica internacional y responsabilidad social empresarial, con especial foco en la mejora del sistema educativo. Ha sido ejecutiva principal del BID y de la CAF Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina, además de Past President del Directorio del Colegio San Silvestre. Su liderazgo reafirma el compromiso con el pilar de Educación de Calidad, fundamental para el bienestar y progreso del país.
Finalmente, CADE Escolar 2026 estará presidido por Rubén Sánchez, CEO del Grupo San Antonio, empresa vinculada a la industria panificadora, retail y servicios. Administrador de Empresas por la UPC, con un Máster en Marketing por EADA (España) y un MBA por ESADE (España), complementa su formación con estudios en HEC París, Pepperdine University, Harvard e IESE. Participa como director invitado en distintas empresas y forma parte de los consejos consultivos de Empresarios por la Integridad, L+1, Kunan y del Comité Estratégico de Jóvenes Líderes de IPAE. Ha sido reconocido por cuarto año consecutivo en el ranking Merco Líderes (2022–2025) por su liderazgo ético y compromiso con el desarrollo social.
Con estos nombramientos, IPAE Acción Empresarial reafirma su propósito de impulsar la acción empresarial para contribuir a la generación de propuestas con la participación de expertos del sector público, del privado, academia y sociedad civil; fortaleciendo espacios de diálogo y colaboración en beneficio de todos los peruanos.
