MTC impulsa mejoras al sistema de control de licencias de conducir
- Sector emitirá opinión técnica para viabilizar iniciativa legislativa que busca mejorar la seguridad vial y reducir los accidentes de tránsito.
El equipo técnico del ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones, liderado por el ministro Aldo Prieto Barrera, sostuvo una reunión de trabajo con el presidente de la Comisión de Transportes y Comunicaciones del Congreso de La República, Juan Carlos Mori, a fin de analizar el proyecto de ley que modifica la Ley N° 29365 que establece el Sistema de Control de Licencias de conducir por Puntos y la Ley N° 27181 General de Transporte y Tránsito Terrestre.
La iniciativa legislativa busca fortalecer el Sistema de control de licencias de conducir, mejorar la seguridad vial y reducir la siniestralidad, sin afectar la disponibilidad de conductores profesionales. Además, promueve la capacitación y brinda incentivos a los conductores que no cometan infracciones.
