Asistencia técnica de PROINVERSIÓN impulsa el desarrollo de megaproyecto industrial en Huánuco por S/ 760 millones
- Agencia también acompañó la aprobación de carteras de inversión en Trujillo e Ilo por más de S/ 280 millones.
Gracias a la asistencia técnica brindada por la Agencia de Promoción de la Inversión Privada (PROINVERSIÓN), adscrita al Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), el Gobierno Regional de Huánuco aprobó su Informe Multianual de Inversiones en Asociaciones Público-Privadas y Proyectos en Activos (IMIAPP), que incorpora un ambicioso proyecto para el desarrollo de un parque industrial en Tingo María, con una inversión estimada de S/ 760 millones.
Este proyecto, que será ejecutado bajo la modalidad de Proyectos en Activos, busca transformar la infraestructura industrial de la región y atraer inversión privada que dinamice la economía local y genere empleo sostenible. La propuesta contempla un espacio moderno, con servicios y equipamiento adecuados para el desarrollo de actividades productivas en la región.
La aprobación del IMIAPP de Huánuco es parte de un trabajo conjunto con el Gobierno, que a través del MEF y PROINVERSIÓN, viene brindando asistencia técnica a los gobiernos regionales y locales para fortalecer su capacidad de planificación y estructuración de proyectos con alto potencial de inversión privada.
De igual modo, se viene dando asistencia técnica a las municipalidades provinciales de Trujillo e Ilo (Moquegua) que también aprobaron sus respectivos IMIAPP con el acompañamiento de PROINVERSIÓN: el Concejo Provincial de Trujillo aprobó seis proyectos con una inversión estimada de S/ 123 millones, en tanto que el concejo provincial de Ilo aprobó siete proyectos por aproximadamente S/ 163 millones.
Entre los proyectos priorizados se encuentran camales, grifos, centros de abastos, estacionamientos subterráneos y desarrollos turísticos, todos ellos orientados a mejorar los servicios públicos e impulsar el desarrollo urbano y económico de sus respectivas provincias.
En conjunto, las tres entidades subnacionales han identificado e incorporado en sus IMIAPP proyectos por más de S/ 1,000 millones, reflejando el impacto positivo de la asistencia técnica brindada por PROINVERSIÓN en la planificación estratégica de inversiones.
Finalmente, estas carteras de proyectos serán presentadas ante potenciales inversionistas en las próximas rondas de negocios organizadas por PROINVERSIÓN, con el objetivo de promover su ejecución mediante mecanismos de participación privada.
